Bright Minds Educational Services is led by educator Cordelia Smith, with over 30 years of experience in classroom instruction and student support. What began as a home-based homeschool facilitation program has grown into a trusted educational community serving families throughout Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and Stafford.
